Welcome to Payora.
Payora is a task and advertising platform that connects members with opportunities to complete advertiser-funded tasks and earn rewards. Payora also provides advertisers with tools to create campaigns and reach users through sponsored tasks.
By registering for, accessing, or using Payora, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies and terms contained in this document.

- Members can submit completed tasks for review.
- Approved task rewards are credited to eligible members.
- Members may earn referral rewards when qualifying referral conditions are satisfied.
- Eligible members can request withdrawals subject to Payora’s withdrawal requirements.
Payora does not guarantee that a member will receive a particular number of tasks or earn a particular amount of money.
Task availability depends on advertiser campaigns, available slots, campaign budgets, eligibility requirements and other platform conditions.
2. ELIGIBILITY
To use Payora, you must provide accurate registration information and comply with applicable laws.
You must not use Payora if doing so would violate any law or regulation applicable to you.

Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional registration, referral or task benefits is prohibited.
4. REGISTRATION FEE
Payora currently requires a ₦5,000 registration fee for member registration.
The registration fee is a platform access/registration charge.
Important
The ₦5,000 registration fee:
- Is not an investment.
- Is not a deposit into your earning wallet.
- Is not a guaranteed source of future income.
- Does not guarantee access to a particular number of tasks.
- Does not guarantee a particular amount of earnings.
- Does not automatically become withdrawable wallet balance.
Members should not register with the expectation of guaranteed financial returns.
Any refund associated with a registration payment will be handled according to Payora’s applicable refund rules and the circumstances of the transaction.
5. TASKS
Payora may display tasks created and funded by advertisers.
Tasks may include activities such as:
- Social media engagement
- Website visits
- Surveys
- App or website testing

The actual tasks available to each member may vary.
Advertisers may determine:
- Task description
- Task requirements
- Reward amount
- Number of available slots
- Campaign duration
- Eligibility requirements
6. TASK REWARDS
A task may display a reward amount before you begin the task.
For example, a campaign may offer:
₦200 per approved task.
The displayed reward is credited only when the task has been properly completed and the submitted work has been approved in accordance with the campaign requirements.
Payora does not guarantee that every task will pay ₦200 or that ₦200 tasks will always be available.
Advertisers may create campaigns with different reward amounts.
7. TASK SUBMISSION AND APPROVAL
After completing a task, a member may be required to submit evidence or confirmation of completion.
A submission may be:
- Approved
- Rejected
- Kept pending for review
A reward is normally credited after the relevant submission has been approved.
A submission may be rejected where:
- The task was not completed correctly.
- Required evidence was not provided.
- Evidence is inaccurate or misleading.
- The member failed to follow the task instructions.
- Duplicate activity is detected.
- Fraudulent or automated activity is suspected.
- The campaign has ended or is no longer accepting submissions.
- Other applicable campaign requirements were not satisfied.
Members should carefully read task instructions before beginning a task.
8. TASK AVAILABILITY
Tasks may become unavailable when:
- All available slots have been completed.
- The campaign budget has been exhausted.
- The advertiser pauses the campaign.
- The campaign expires.
- The campaign is completed.
- Payora removes or suspends the campaign.
Payora is not responsible for guaranteeing that a particular task will remain available.
9. REFERRAL PROGRAM
Payora may provide members with a personal referral link.
A member may receive a referral reward when a referred person satisfies Payora’s qualifying referral requirements.
The current referral reward is:
₦2,000 per qualifying referral.
A referral must be genuine and must comply with Payora’s rules.
Referral rewards may be withheld or reversed where Payora identifies:
- Duplicate accounts
- Self-referrals
- Fake accounts
- Fraudulent registration
- Manipulation of the referral system
- Unauthorized referral activity
- Other abusive activity
Payora may modify, suspend or terminate the referral program where necessary.
10. WALLET AND EARNINGS
Your Payora wallet may contain different types of balances or transactions, including:
- Task earnings
- Referral rewards
- Wallet adjustments
- Withdrawal transactions
- Refunds
- Other legitimate wallet transactions
Your wallet balance is different from the registration fee you paid.
Transactions may be recorded in your Payora transaction history.
Members should regularly review their transaction records and report suspected errors to Payora support.
11. WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Members may request a withdrawal when their available balance satisfies Payora’s withdrawal requirements.
The current minimum withdrawal amount is:
₦10,000
Payora currently applies a:
10% withdrawal platform fee.
For example, if a member requests a gross withdrawal of:
₦10,000
the applicable 10% platform fee would be:
₦1,000
leaving:
₦9,000
as the net payout amount.
The exact amount displayed by Payora at the time of withdrawal should be treated as the applicable amount.
12. WITHDRAWAL PROCESS
Withdrawal requests generally follow this process:
Pending → Approved → Paid
Pending
The request has been submitted and is awaiting review.
Approved
The request has been reviewed and approved for payout.
Paid
Payora has marked the withdrawal as paid after completing the applicable payout process.
Members must provide accurate banking information.
Payora is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect bank details supplied by a member.
13. WITHDRAWAL SCHEDULE
Payora’s current intended withdrawal processing schedule is weekly, on Fridays.
Processing times may vary because of:
- Bank processing
- Public holidays
- Technical issues
- Account verification
- Fraud or security checks
- Incorrect banking information
- Other circumstances outside Payora’s reasonable control
A withdrawal request does not automatically mean that funds have already been transferred to the member’s bank account.
14. REJECTED WITHDRAWALS
Payora may reject a withdrawal request where:
- Account information is incorrect.
- Fraud or suspicious activity is detected.
- The account violates Payora policies.
- The withdrawal does not satisfy platform requirements.
- The wallet balance is subject to a legitimate restriction.
- Other reasonable security or compliance concerns exist.
Where an eligible withdrawal is rejected and the system has already reserved or deducted the withdrawal amount, Payora may return the applicable gross withdrawal amount to the member’s available wallet balance according to the platform’s withdrawal process.
15. ADVERTISER CAMPAIGNS
Advertisers can use Payora to create sponsored task campaigns.
An advertiser may specify:
- Campaign title
- Task description
- Instructions
- Reward per task
- Number of slots
- Campaign duration
- Other applicable requirements
Advertiser campaigns must be funded according to Payora’s campaign requirements before they can become active.
16. ADVERTISER CAMPAIGN BUDGET
Campaign budgets are generally calculated according to the reward offered and the number of available slots.
For example:
₦200 reward × 50 slots = ₦10,000 campaign budget.
Advertiser campaign funds may be reserved when a campaign is approved.
Campaign funds are intended to support the applicable advertiser campaign and member task rewards.
Where a campaign ends with unused reserved funds, Payora may release the eligible unused amount back to the advertiser’s Payora wallet according to the platform’s campaign rules.
17. PAUSING AND EXPIRATION OF CAMPAIGNS
Advertisers may be able to pause an active campaign.
When a campaign is paused:
- The associated task may become unavailable.
- New task completions may be prevented.
- Reserved campaign funds remain protected.
- The original campaign expiration date may remain unchanged.
Campaigns may also automatically expire after their designated campaign period.
Expired campaigns may no longer accept new task activity.
